I have been trained in both Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine, which are the two most common styles of Acupuncture. My approach is a combination of these two methods, to assist with the body’s natural healing ability. I also use traditional methods such as Acupressure, Cupping, Moxa, Heat Lamps, Chinese Massage (Tui Na) and Guasha.

I recognise that every patient is an individual and therefore try to tailor-make all treatments to suit the needs and health of each patient.

Susan came highly recommended to me by my boss at the time. I was suffering really badly with endometriosis, PCOS, acne and infertility. I was really apprehensive about it all but as soon as I met Susan she put my mind at rest and I knew I was in safe hands. The acupuncture itself really helped my acne (my skin changed dramatically!) as well as my daily pain and associated systems being relieved. It’s not just the acupuncture though, Susan also helped me just by being her and listening to my concerns and dealing with what she could and helping me with where to go if she couldn’t. Susan was completely when I was pregnant with my daughter. She helped me to turn my daughter around, who was in a breech position. Susan did so much more than just turn my baby though, she coached me through my anxieties and helped me to connect with my daughter in the womb which I hadn't been able to do up until that point because of my previous birth history. Susan was incredible with telling me what to do and how to do it in a gentle and kind way, as we had homework to help my daughter turn. Susan even helped my body go into labour when it was the right point for me and my baby and we were ready. I've now come back to see her for other things recently because I really trust her and feel comfortable with her, even though the needles bit of acupuncture isn't my favourite bit, Susan makes it all ok.
